Attorney Michał Kula

I studied law and philosophy at the Jagiellonian University from 1996 to 2002.

I specialize in real estate law, construction and investment law, criminal and fiscal law, economic crime, and medical law. For years, I have been providing comprehensive investment services, particularly in the real estate sector.

I have extensive experience in conducting pre-trial and judicial proceedings for both individual and institutional clients. I have appeared before common courts of all instances, as well as the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Constitutional Tribunal, and the European Court of Human Rights, achieving positive outcomes for my clients in the vast majority of cases.
